As-is (without any work or repairs on the property), 2. repaired (the value with the work done required to bring the home to fair market value as compared to other homes in the area), 3. quick sale (minimal repairs, possibly selling the home quickly as a "fixer upper").  We are familiar and can understand your timeline and unique circumstances for an REO property as well as the special information that you will need such as competing listings, market trends, etc.
