Print Faxable Order Form

Instructions on faxing an order to Colorado Appraisals:

1. Click on the "Print Faxable Order Form" button above to print a faxable order form.
2. Fill out the form (as much information as possible is helpful).
3. Fax the order form to the provided toll free number:  1-866-704-6542.

A majority of our clients prefer to order appraisals from us via fax. However, faxing has up to this point had some drawbacks:  It's possible that the transmission might not come through as clearly as necessary, or pages could possibly get shuffled or lost.  It's also possible that our fax number might get misplaced or you might not have an order form handy or it might not be convenient to make out a cover sheet.

With the faxable order form that prints out when you click the button above, there is a barcode that prints out along with other information on the form.  When you fax the form a special software reads the barcode and a digital copy of the order is sent to a special directory on our system that is specific for that order.  We are notified right away when the order has arrived. 

Also - the same software that records the order and notifies us gets the order ready for our form filling application, saving us time and giving us a bit of a head start.  If we need to call you for additional information we know right away.

If your LOS (Loan Origination System) has ready-to-print appraisal requests that's fine too - use that instead!  Just download a cover sheet from here.  This cover sheet has a similar barcode that will accomplish everything our own order form does. Print out the cover sheet, fill out the first page of the fax and we're off and running!

If you don't want to go to our website every time you need to order an appraisal, there is a solution for that too - simply print out order forms or cover sheets in advance and keep them next to your fax machine.  Filling out the order form by hand works as well - a digital copy still gets delivered into our system so that we can start the report promptly.
